1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the digital delivery of all website design, development, and related services provided by Sirf Profit. Since we specialize in website and digital services, there are no physical products involved that require shipping. Instead, we deliver digital assets, such as website files, design mockups, documents, and other content, electronically.
2. Digital Delivery Methods
All project deliverables and files associated with your website design project will be delivered electronically, through the following methods:
a. Email Delivery
Design Files: During the design and development phases, we may send you design mockups, concept files, and initial drafts via email in formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG, or other relevant formats.
Final Deliverables: Upon completion of the project, we will send the final website files and associated assets (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS files) to your provided email address.
b. Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
For large project files, including completed website files, documents, or databases, we may use cloud storage services (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or other file-sharing platforms). You will be provided with a secure link to access, download, and review your files.
Access and Permissions: We will ensure that all deliverables are securely shared with the correct permissions. You will receive an invitation to the cloud storage link via email, allowing you to access and download the necessary files.
c. Direct FTP Access
If your project involves a custom website that requires the transfer of large-scale files directly to your hosting server, we may offer access to an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server. Upon completion, we will transfer your final website files to your server and provide you with FTP login details to access your website.
FTP Server Details: These details will be sent to you via email or through a secure communication channel.
3. Delivery Timelines
Since our services are digital, the concept of shipping time does not apply in the traditional sense. However, we do ensure timely delivery of all our digital files and project milestones. Below are the general timelines:
Initial Design Mockups: After the initial consultation and project brief, we typically deliver the first design concepts within 7–10 business days. The time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and client feedback.
Revisions: Once the initial designs are shared, revisions and adjustments are typically delivered within 3–5 business days based on the scope of the requested changes.
Final Website Delivery: After the final approval of the design and development stages, we will deliver the completed website files within 5–7 business days. If additional features or third-party services are required (such as eCommerce integration or custom functionalities), the delivery time may vary.
Ongoing Support and Updates: Post-launch support, including any required updates or fixes, will be provided as agreed upon in the maintenance contract. Timelines for these services will be communicated at the time of the request.
4. Digital Delivery Confirmation
Once your final deliverables have been sent via email or uploaded to cloud storage, we will confirm the delivery in the following ways:
Email Confirmation: You will receive an email with a notification that your project files have been delivered, including a link to download or access the files.
Cloud Storage Notification: If the final files are uploaded to a cloud storage service, you will receive a notification email with access credentials and a link to the folder containing your files.
FTP Confirmation: If your website files are delivered via FTP, we will send you the FTP login details along with confirmation that your website has been successfully uploaded.
5. File Formats
The digital files associated with your website design project will be delivered in the following formats:
Design Files:
JPG, PNG, or PDF formats for mockups, wireframes, or design concepts.
Website Files:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development files for static websites.
CMS-related files (WordPress, Joomla, etc.) if applicable, including theme files and plugins.
Database Files: If your website uses a database (for example, an eCommerce site), we will provide you with a database backup file in SQL or other appropriate formats.
Other Documentation: If your project includes user manuals, technical documentation, or other related documents, these will be sent in standard formats such as PDF or DOCX.
6. Shipping Costs
As Sirf Profit provides only digital services, there are no shipping fees associated with our service deliveries. All project deliverables, including website files and design assets, are sent electronically at no extra charge.
However, should you request physical media (e.g., a DVD or USB drive containing your website files), we can accommodate this request at an additional cost for the physical media, packing, and shipping fees. These additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon before processing such a request.
7. Delivery Issues or Problems
If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your project files, such as not receiving an email or unable to access the files, please contact us immediately:
